As we reach the end of 2020, Michele Harmon Team could not be more proud of how our team performed through this exceptionally difficult year. Covid-19 did not stop us from reaching our goals! Our sales partner, Holley Cugnet, has made us so proud. She has a fantastic attitude, and is always in control of her emotions. In addition, she is great with clients, she is patient with finding the perfect home for buyers, and she is great with following up and taking notes. We are so happy she is a part of Michele Harmon Team because her energy and ability to learn quickly definitely gives our team an advantage.
Holley is from Beaumont, Texas and she came to the Houston area as an adult in support of her previous spouse’s career. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Lamar University and she obtained her real estate license in 2007. Her immediate family includes her fiance, Bobby, her children, Case and Lynlee, stepchildren, Dyllan and Sallad, and her parents, Cheryl and Deryl.
Holley began her career with Michele Harmon Team in 2018 and has loved every moment of it.
“Michele Harmon Team is one of the top teams in the area,” Holley said. “I love the way our team helps one another out when needed. The exposure we get from marketing, being involved in the community, and our client appreciation gifts and parties are incredible. We have a great group of team members who are willing to help answer questions and keep us on top of market updates.”
Holley loves working in real estate because she values the schedule flexibility and helping her clients find their perfect home for their family.

Holley starts her work day with coffee and breakfast with her children and her favorite part of the day is touching base with her clients. She stays in contact with them to check in on their home search, to show them new listings that look perfect for them, or even just to say hi and ask how they are doing.
Holley has made waves in real estate this year. As of November 3rd, she has closed 13 homes!
“Real estate is a tough business,” Holley said. “But, I am tougher. If I could give career advice to my younger self, I would say to stay positive, grin, and bear it. Do what you are supposed to do and focus on the positive.”
Next year, Holley’s goal is to close a home over one million dollars and we cannot wait to see her to accomplish this!
