Zillow’s latest paint color analysis found that homes with light blue bathrooms are selling for 1.6% more than expected while dark, moody blues in bedrooms are selling for nearly a $1,500 premium. Paint colors can add to the overall aesthetic of your home and they can significantly influence your mood.
