2020 has caused many to question whether or not our typical Fall Festivities will be able to take place. The City of Tomball chose to cancel all events this year to help stop the spread of Covid-19, including Zomball. However, if you are comfortable with participating, there are still many events within the community with special safety measures in place in celebration of Halloween and the Fall season for both adults and families.
Boo on the Boardwalk
Weekends in October
Kemah is hosting Freaky Fridays, Scary Saturdays, and Spooky Sundays on the Boardwalk every weekend in October! If you are willing to take the trip to Kemah, the Boardwalk is packed with activities, live music, and trick-or-treating at Boardwalk stores.
Ghost Hunt of Old Town Spring
Thursday-Saturday Nights in October
Are you brave enough to go on a hunt for REAL ghosts? This 17+ hunt has you searching for evidence of the afterlife on a guided investigation of Old Town Spring as you learn some of the haunted stories and legends along the way. According to houstonghosttour.com, Old Town Spring was rated the 6th MOST HAUNTED Old West town in the United States. You will get to use tools and techniques to make contact with ghosts. Flashlight Maze

Trunk or Treat at Republic Gymnastics and Dance

Take the kids for a night of BOOrific fun at Republic Gymnastics in Cypress from 6:00-9:00 p.m. There will be indoor and outdoor activities, vendors, and games. Entry is free with a non-perishable food item donation to benefit Cy-Fair Helping Hands Thanksgiving Blessing Boxes.
Mask-R-Aid Night
Friday, October 30
Take the night out and enjoy comic relief under the stars to benefit Cy-Hope from 6:00-8:30 p.m. The event features comedian Srsly Melissa and live music from Cypress native Kendale Walker. Tandem Trick or Treat at Riva Row Boat House

Join in on a tandem candy hunt from 5:00-6:00 p.m. Starting at Riva Row Boat House in The Woodlands, participants will paddle around the Waterway and Lake Woodlands, visiting several stops to collect Halloween treats from boat house staff. Kids in costumes will receive an extra treat at the end of the event!
Halloween Safe Streets

Unsure if your neighbors are passing out candy to trick-or-treaters this Halloween? Along I-45 in Shenandoah, police officers are closing off Tuscany Woods and Twisted Oak Drives to pass out candy for a safe evening of family fun from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Parking is available at the Shenandoah City Hall and Health South.
Spooktacular at The Woodlands Children’s Museum
Saturday, October 31
Take your child to enjoy games, entertainment, and prizes between 10:00-6:00 p.m. Kids are encouraged to wear costumes and admission is free!
BooFest at Town Center Park
Start your Halloween festivities early in Kingwood! Town Center Park will host a Disney experience from 4:00-9:00 p.m. There will be seasonal shopping, food, a free mini pumpkin patch, free candy at every booth, free pumpkin carving, two bounce houses, and more!
